Does not work

Hard to rate an app that doesnt work. One is probably too high. Downloaded the app, linked to my Apple Watch. Seemed like you really needed to buy the upgrade to get functionality so went ahead and did that (I think). Now the app crashes whenever I open it. Deleted and downloaded it several times with no success.
